3D Software to design Modi Boxi builds and print lists

3D software to design a Modi Boxi print on the web. Would need to be an HTML5 app that allows you to drag and drop all Modi Boxi configurations into a 3D space, and manipulate them in ways that would snap on and guide design like lego pieces. Not easy, but possible with the write development shop. Would need recommendations/guidance on who might be able to build such a thing and the budget for it.
