Card Shoe and or Card Shuffle holder

A card shoe is like what they use in "professional" dealer areas
some like pictured, a discard tray, and then a angled tray to put a deck or two in, and deal from with a weighted block or something. Sure we can hold the cards in a modi box, but can we also deal from said holding area?

(for games like Savage Worlds where I'm dealing cards every round of Initiative.)
